Purchase used car from our stock
Step 1
Please check your country`s laws and imort regulations first. You may not be able to import some type of cars. For example, model year regulation. We do not take the responsibility of any damage about import. This is include about import custom clearance, import duty, customs, registration. Our customer is not a fixed country. Therefore, we may not be the export professionals to your country. We sell and export used car and truck, both private customer and dealer. After purchase, Cancellation is not accepted. The customer have to read terms & conditions.
Step 2
Please see our car inventory. When you click small pictures, You can see details of each cars. If you want to know price, want to purchace, Please send us a e-mail with the following information. Stock number Full name Country Address Telephone number Debarkation port We will reply you as soon as we can. If you don't write above things in e-mail, We can't reply you. Because We think this is first step of business. We provide you with bank account information in this stage.
Step 3
After discuss about purchace car, please send us funds by TT. Payment is yen-denominated, and You must pay the remittance charge of your bank. If you send remittance " Less Charge mode", we require same amount of less charge, this is additional on the remittance amount. Please let us know about the copy of TT by e-mail after TT.
Step 4
Starting shipping process and paper work, after confirm your TT. After decide shipping schedule by shipping line, We will notify you it. We will send you the documents by EMS or DHL to consiginee's address after shipping. Please follow import custom clearance and number registration after your car arriving your port, Please do yourself these process. After successful bid, We don't accept cancellation. If you want to cancel by any means before shipping, please read following terms and conditions, Cancel procedure will carry out based on our terms and conditions ( the bottom of this page ) .

Buying order by use " used car auctions "
We can find and arrange buyin from used car auctions here in Japan. Please check our auto auction agent page.
Step 1
First, contact us with your details and the details of the cars you wish to purchase. Prease be sure to indicate the fllowing item an E-mail or FAX. Full name Country Address Telephone number *Debarkation port
Step 2
We provide you with bank account information in this stage.Place a deposit into our bank account.
Step 3
We purchase the car for you and send you an invoice and detailed pictures.
You pay the remaing balance the next working day.
Step 4
Your order car is shipped and the bill of landing and other documents are forwarded to you.
Remarks
A remittance charge will be deducted from a deposit and it will repay, when your special vehicle cannot be bought in.

What is C&F,CIF?

C&F price = The freight is prepaid without marine insurance.

C.I.F. is the total price to prepare the car for export including freight and marine insurance.
(C.I.F. = Cost Including Freight), this is not strict 100% cost. Because international currency rate is exchanging everyday, moreover, some countries occur unexpected expense, BAF, War risk, and so on. If you can't accept this things, if you can't accept this things, please don't start purchase process.

Terms and conditions
(payment, warranty, shipping, cancellation)

Regarding purchase used car and truck from us, please read following information before start buying process.
Only after you understand this terms and conditions, the customer can purchase car and truck from us.

Payment
1:Payment is only TT bank transfer. No cheque, No credit card, No down payment, No L/C.
2:Normally, We accept only Yen-denominated. But if you hope foreign major currency, JPY, US$, UK pounds, CDN, Euro, We will accept it, but We do not take risk about international currency exchange rate risk. We will ask about extra charge.

Car Warranty and Marine Insurance
1:We don't give any warranty on used cars and trucks. Sell is "AS IS " condition, no warranty, no gurantee, if there is any difference of opinion about all car condition, We don't take any responsibility. We will let you know overall of the car in the purchase process, if there is any question of details, the customer have to ask about it before purchase. Because in the case of used, especially, exterior and interior condition, an individual personal opinion's sensibility is different by each persons. Even if there is any difference of opinion or any oversights, "priority is present car condition", because our product is second hand. When the customer send us your money, We deem that the buyer has agreed with this condition.

2:If you wish to insure of marine insurance, We can arrange it. Please let us know during the order process.
This cost is extra charge. The marine insurance only covers the total loss of the vehicle ( the ship sinking or fire). If the customer need perfect marine insurance, the customer must arrange it by yourself.

Shipping and delivery time
1:Regarding Japanese shipping company's car carrier ship's book situation, sometimes very tight. We will explain about roughly ship's booking condition and predicted delivery time during purchase process. When the book situation is very tight, ocasionally, delivery time will delay by ship's space problem. This thing's control by us is impossible. We can't take any responsibility. If you can't accept about this things, please do not start purchase process. When the custtomer send us the money, We deem that the buyer has agreed with this condition.

2: After the ship leave from Japan, We don't take any responsibility about theft.

Cancellation
After purchase, Cancellation is not accepted. If you have possibility of cancellation, You must to notify us before purchase.
"Waiting for a ship ( the area of tight book situation ) ", also We do not accept cancellation.
If you want to cancellation by any means before shipping , We will refunds, Refund amount is not CIF price,
Refunds amount is " after necessary expenses are deducted ". The deduct roughly amount is below.
( Successful bid charge of auction company, Land transpotation, 30% of total price as a forfeit, Bank remittance charge when refunds ).
